Roumy Ganaoui is the founder and CEO of GRW Development Inc. With over 10 years of experience working with Scientific and Biotech companies, she developed a leading force in the intersection of Biotech Engineering and Business Development.

With a passion for science, innovation and commitment to growth, her journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence navigating through various roles in the biotech industry and led several projects in France, Canada, USA and North Africa, collaborating with European, American and Asian companies.

She recognized the immense potential for synergy between groundbreaking scientific advancements and strategic business development. This realization fueled the creation of GRW Development; a firm dedicated to propelling biotech companies to the next level. Her vision is to bridge the gap between scientific brilliance and commercial viability.

Roumy Ganaoui has Masters of Science in Engineering and in Biotechnologies, she is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Montreal CCMM and the American Chamber of Commerce AmCham.
